"Buillo Republican is a fantastic spot for a satisfying, memorable meal. The beef was outstanding, perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and clearly high quality. The oysters were incredibly fresh, clean, and briny, tasting straight from the sea. Every dish felt simple yet done with real care. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy good food. A special mention goes to the blonde server, she was amazing, attentive, friendly, and genuinely warm, making the whole experience even better. Great food, great service, and a place I would happily return to again soon always."

"Overall, had a solid experience here! The value is definitely there, but you need to be intentional with your order. The bone marrow is a total must order, and both the coquilettes and mille feuille were delicious. However, I’d suggest skipping the leek starter and the steak frites (you can find a better cut of meat elsewhere for the price). It’s worth the money as long as you choose the right dishes!"

"I recommend you reserve a table if you don't want to stay +30 min in line. We made reservations for Monday 9.30, and still we waited around 15 ish minutes to get the table. The food was GREAT. We ordered the Salmon (12,90) and it did not disappoint. The chocolate mousse (3,70) was a bit bitter, and the creme brulee (3,80) was great. The only thing is that the space is very crowded and slightly noisy."

"We had an overall very good experience at this restaurant, which was fully in line with the price paid. I would particularly recommend the duck and the starters — both were excellent. The service was also good, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, the steak was clearly below average and not something I would order again. Overall, the experience was worthwhile. I strongly recommend making a reservation in advance, as the queue can be extremely long."

"Must book well in advance but well worth it. You won’t find this kind of quality of food or service for this price point anywhere else in Paris. We had the escargot, bouillon soup, duck parfait and steak frites. I’d skip the boullion next time but everything else was exquisite, especially the duck!"

"We managed to try a number of dishes and it really is worth it for what it costs. It does get busy and loud but it is all part of the experience. We went during the week at a late afternoon/early dinner time ( around 4/5pm) and didn’t have to wait at all. Anything truffle you definitely have to try."

"This Restaurant is such a great experience in Paris. the place is very cozy and nice. we ordered various stuff from the menu. the starters were absolutely incredible. the desserts also. but the main dishes were somehow underwhelming and didn’t taste that good which weird. the wine and ceder were also very good i would still recommend this place but just focus more on the startes maybe ?"

"My actual rating is 4.5/5 stars! But sadly this option is not there! The atmosphere is amazing, it has this french touch and aesthetic that every tourist is looking for! Service was good too! The food: Starters and desserts were out of this world! We ordered the snail dish, bone marrow, onion tarte and oysters for starters, mousse au chocolate, mille feil feuille and tarte au citron for dessert everything was really really amazing! I was just a bit disappointed with the main dishes! Especially the steak with pepper sause! boeuf bourguignon and the veal liver were good! Now for the price everything we ordered with 3 1/5 liters of drinks (white wine, red wine and cider) we payed 110 euros! That’s just cheap! Definitely recommend!"
